FALL COLORS with THE QUEEN

Some moments are so perfect, they simply can never be duplicated. That’s why this special fall foliage adventure including a voyage on Cunard Line’s peerless Queen Mary 2 is offered just once only. Soak in the energy of the Big Apple with an overnight stay at the classic New Yorker, then be whisked through the fall foliage of Vermont on our private train, the Streamliner Montreal Limited, for three glorious nights in Montreal, a city so European that you will feel as if you are on another continent. Via Rail takes you through the autumnal glory of French Canada from Montreal to stunning Quebec City where, beneath the ramparts of the castle-like Chateau Frontenac, the Queen Mary 2 awaits. Embark on a rare 7-night voyage on Cunard’s flagship, fresh from a refurbishment that added new lounges and enhanced dining. Look for whales off the Gaspé Peninsula and discover the art galleries of Saguenay. The Scottish vibe of Halifax is the perfect kilted crescendo before your return to the bright lights of New York.

Ship Information

QUEEN MARY 2 | While many ships offer autumnal voyages through Canada and New England, there is only one iconic Queen Mary 2, heir to the great traditions established by the original Queen Mary, the original Queen Elizabeth and the beloved Queen Elizabeth 2. The Golden Age of the Ocean Liner is reborn, with architectural details that pay homage to the Art Deco stylings of the 1930s, the white-gloved service that defined a generation, soaring public rooms meant to inspire the appetite and lift the soul, and convivial fellow travelers who understand that, as Cunard’s old slogan once heralded, “Getting There is Half the Fun.”

MONTREAL LIMITED | Great destinations deserve a great train and we have re-created a classic 1950s era Streamliner experience complete with Club Car. The Montreal Limited provides a level of service without peer and features our attentive staff, classic cuisine with all meals, wines and spirits included, and a delightful lounge car where no vista goes by unnoticed or unappreciated. With fresh flowers, afternoon tea and a host of unexpected surprises, there is no finer way to relive the Golden Age of Rail Travel.
