For the past 30 years, Mary Werner DeNadai, FAIA, has focused her architectural career on the field of historic preservation. She serves on the Board of Trustees of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and on the Boards of Directors of Preservation Action (past chair), of Cliveden of the National Trust and of Preservation Pennsylvania (currently vice-president and formerly president). She is a past chairman of the Historic Preservation Board of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In 1999, Ms. DeNadai was the recipient of the F. Otto Haas Award, Pennsylvania’s highest recognition for contributions by an individual for lifetime achievement in the field of historic preservation. She has led numerous international tours for the National Trust.
