Launched in Spring 2020 and sailing under the Dutch flag, this new river vessel has 10 generous suites on the upper deck, while the lower deck has eight twin cabins. Magnifique IV’s upper deck features a spacious and tastefully decorated salon with air conditioning, a bar, and lounge area. Wi-Fi is also available. The comfortable and inviting restaurant is separated from the kitchen by a glass wall, so you can watch talented chefs in action. The front deck has space to accommodate bicycles, while the top deck boasts a hot tub and deckchairs, from which you can enjoy the scenery.

Depart on an overnight flight to Brussels, Belgium.
JUNE 2: BRUSSELS, BELGIUM / BRUGES / EMBARK MAGNIFIQUE IV
Arrive in Brussels, and transfer to Bruges. Enjoy time in this UNESCO-listed city of sublime architecture and art. This afternoon, step into the cathedral to see the celebrated Madonna and Child by Michelangelo and/or discover the collections at the Hans Memling Museum, before transferring to Magnifique IV. Tonight, enjoy a welcome reception and dinner aboard.
JUNE 3: BRUGES / GHENT
Today, discover the Groeninge Museum, with works by Jan van Eyck and other great Flemish artists. Visit a local artist and enjoy a tour at the Adornes Domain, an authentic medieval estate in the heart of Bruges, followed by light refreshments (pending confirmation). This afternoon, travel to Ghent, where a guided walking tour will reveal the fascinating history of this lively city, including a visit to its Fine Museum of Arts
JUNE 4: GHENT / DENDERMONDE / SINT-AMANDS
Visit Ghent’s magnificent Saint Bavo’s Cathedral to see its greatest treasure, the restored 15th-century Adoration of the Mystic Lamb (Ghent Altarpiece) by the van Eyck brothers. Continue to Dendermonde, known for its magnificent Flemish buildings. Visit the Church of Our Lady, home to two van Dyck paintings and a 12th-century baptismal font of Tournai stone, and see a charming medieval béguinage (women’s living community). This evening, rejoin the ship in Sint-Amands and enjoy a concert on board.
JUNE 5: ANTWERP
Travel to Antwerp, a city renowned for its medieval and modern architecture and impressive art collections. See the cathedral where Rubens’ famous The Descent from the Cross is on display, and discover the Red Star Line Museum to learn the stories of the emigrants migrating to America between 1873 and 1935. Before returning to the ship in Kattendijkdok, view the restored Harbor House, designed by Zaha Hadid.
JUNE 6: ANTWERP / DORDRECHT, HOLLAND
View the impressive Kreekrak lock system as the riverboat cruises to Dordrecht, one of the Netherlands’ oldest cities. Explore its historic harbors, ancient warehouses, and busy merchant streets. Visit the Great Church, the Dordrecht Museum, and the 13th-century Augustine monastery. The ship will remain docked in Dordrecht overnight.
JUNE 7: DORDRECHT / KINDERDIJK / GOUDA / VIANEN
This morning, cruise to Kinderdijk to see the impressive windmills at this UNESCO-designated site. Then drive to the Gouda Cheese Market for tastings and talks with local producers. Join the ship in Schoonhoven, and follow the Lek River to Vianen. After dinner, take an evening walk in Vianen, once home to the Marquis de Lafayette, a hero of the American Revolution.
JUNE 8: VIANEN / AMSTERDAM
Take a canal cruise through the historic city of Amsterdam, and enjoy lunch on board. In the afternoon, visit the Rijksmuseum, the State Treasury of Dutch paintings. View its incomparable treasures, including Rembrandt’s The Night Watch, and lesser-known gems like the musical instruments room. The remainder of the day is at leisure. This evening, gather with fellow travelers to celebrate a memorable voyage at a festive farewell dinner.
JUNE 9: AMSTERDAM / DISEMBARK / RETURN
Disembark after breakfast, and transfer to the Amsterdam airport for flights home.
