- Cancellation received 60-31 days prior to departure will result in forfeiture of 75% of the entire cost of the trip per person.
- Cancellation received 30 days prior to departure to the time of departure (or no show) will result in 100% forfeiture of the entire cost of the trip.

Begin your explorations with insights about the history of Canada from a local expert. Then, set off on a walking tour and hear about the capital city’s evolution as you admire the grand Gothic Revival government buildings on Parliament Hill and other top sites. Relax over lunch later in the Byward Market area. In the afternoon, visit the National Gallery of Canada for a guided tour. View remarkable Canadian art from the 18th to 20th centuries and works by Indigenous Peoples from across Canada.

This morning, head to the Canadian Museum of History. Learn about Canada’s First Nations, Métis and Inuit peoples and study striking totem poles on a guided tour with free time on your own afterward. Check out of the hotel and travel toward Montreal. Along the way, visit the Sucrerie de la Montagne in a maple forest near Rigaud. Step back in time and watch syrup being produced the old-fashioned way! The sugar shack owners tap the trees, collect sap and cook it over wood-fired equipment. Enjoy lunch and music during your visit. Continue to Montreal and check in to the InterContinental Montreal. Later, get acquainted with the city on a walking tour. See elegant architecture on buzzing Rue St-Paul and in Place Jacques-Cartier and the Old Port, where the city was founded in 1642 on the St. Lawrence River.
