This charming art nouveau hotel has been welcoming guests to Interlaken for more than 100 years. The cozy Carlton-Europe, an adults-only vintage hotel, provides an ideal base for exploring the Jungfrau region and the Bernese Oberland. After a day of scintillating sights, relax with good friends, conversation, and a cocktail in Johnny’s Pub and Grill. Dinner at Chalet Beizli offers a delicious variety of typical Swiss dishes, a perfect way to cap off the evening. Wi-Fi is complimentary. Hotel guests must be at least 18 years of age.

Located in the old part of Nyon, this family-run hotel sits close to Lake Geneva, the medieval Nyon Castle, Nyon’s public beach and Musée du Léman. -Cancellation received 60-31 days prior to departure will result in forfeiture of 75% of the entire cost of the trip per person.
-Cancellation received 30 days prior to departure to the time of departure (or no show) will result in 100% forfeiture of the entire cost of the trip.

Zürich, Switzerland | Interlaken
Arrive at Zürich airport, where your Travel representative will escort you to the Hotel Carlton-Europe in Interlaken. Located between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, Interlaken will be your home for the next several days. Take time to unpack or explore your new surroundings before tonight’s convivial Welcome Reception and Dinner.

Kandersteg | Oeschinensee
Set off to explore Switzerland’s scenic grandeur. Journey via train to Kandersteg, home to a daily main street cow procession, and enjoy a gondola ride to the turquoise Lake Oeschinen, perched 5,200 feet above sea level. Blankets of evergreens, crisp air and a wreath of snowcapped peaks — this is where relaxation awaits! Cap off the day with a discussion about iconic Switzerland.

Lauterbrunnen Valley | Mürren
Journey by cable car through the Lauterbrunnen Valley, also known as the “Valley of 72 Waterfalls.” Arrive in Grütschalp and follow a gentle path to Winteregg, passing lush meadows and tapestries of blooming flowers. Once you reach Mürren, you may witness the peaks of Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau along with paragliders soaring above. Tonight, learn about Switzerland’s pastime of mountain climbing.

Interlaken
Soak up the many pleasures of Interlaken at your own pace. Perhaps head out for a hike. Feeling like a slower pace? Settle in at a cafe with a coffee and chat the day away. This evening, gather for dinner in a local restaurant on the Harder Kulm mountain top.

Gruyères | Nyon
Transit the high Jaun mountain pass to Gruyères, one of Switzerland’s most whimsical villages. Along with heart-stopping scenery, Gruyères boasts a culinary appeal with its well-known cheese and chocolate factories. Today, sample a few locally made delicacies — gruyere cheese at a dairy farm and delectable confectionary at a Swiss chocolate factory. After, continue to Nyon and check in to your hotel.

Montreux | Lavaux
Tour the 13th-century Château de Chillon, followed by a visit to Montreux, a French-speaking, stylish lakeside town that has inspired artists and literati for centuries. Continue into the UNESCO-listed Lavaux retion, a portrait of sun-kissed hills and rolling terraces. Today, you’ll also learn about the region’s viniculture, visit a winery and enjoy a wine tasting and lunch.

Annecy, France | Nyon
Cross into France to visit the eye-catching lakeside gem of Annecy. Explore the winding cobblestones of the old town, passing pastel houses and crêperies, canals and tiny bridges, historic churches and clock towers. Learn about local life, followed by a satisfying lunch.

Geneva
Gorgeous Geneva awaits to charm you! On a walking tour, see the symbolic Jet d’Eau, set on the Jetée des Eaux Vives, and explore the culture-filled old town, filled with terraces and bubbling fountains. Join a guided visit to the Palace of the Nations. Then, cap off the day with a leisurely cruise back to Nyon on sensational Lake Geneva. Tonight, share your favorite experiences and raise a toast to your Swiss sojourn at a Farewell Reception and Dinner.
